How to Play
Introduction: Game of Guru is the World’s first fantasy sports platform which provides you extra benefits of playing fantasy sports with the introduction of a partial refund of money during cricket matches as well but if you have a bit of bad luck during the game chances are you might not get one.
Game of Guru is played by using your sports knowledge and skill. You can pick your own team made up of real players for Cricket, Football, Baseball, & Basketball. Create your team within a maximum budget of 100 credits. Your team earns points based on your chosen players’ performance in real-life matches. It’s time to showcase your skill and go for glory!
Follow these 4 easy steps to get started:
• Select Your Favourite Sports:
Choose according to your preference from the upcoming matches.
• Create Your Winning Team:
Utilize your skills of sports to choose and create your team and win.
• Participate in the league of champions:
Enter into the league with your friends and prove your sports skills.
• Hit the Jackpot and Win Money:
Get ready to earn a handsome amount of money.
Create your Team: Step 1: Select a Match
Select any upcoming match from the list of ongoing and upcoming cricket series and click on the ‘Create Team’ button.
Create your Game of Guru by picking 11 players as per the following combinations (C1, C2, C3…) within a budget of 100 credits.

Step 2: Create your Team
Select players for your Game of Guru team from all 4 of the categories mentioned below:
• WK – Wicket-keeper
• BAT – Batsmen
• BWL – Bowlers
• AR – All-rounders
Check player info by clicking on the player image.
Sort players as per their teams, credits or points.
Keep an eye on:
• Number of players added to your team
• Available credits
• The deadline for team submission
Step 3: Select your Game of Guru team’s Captain & Vice-Captain
After creating your Game of Guru team, choose a Captain & Vice-Captain for the team.
• Captain – Gets 2x points scored by him in the actual game
• Vice-Captain – Gets 1.5x points scored by him in the actual game
Step 4: Creating multiple teams
You can create multiple teams per match and choose to join a contest with any of the teams created!
Click on ‘CREATE TEAM *’ for creating the next team.
Managing Your Team: You can make as many changes to your Game of Guru teams as you like until the deadline of that match!
You can also change your Captain or Vice-Captain before the deadline of the match. Select the “Edit Team” button to make changes to your team.
Make sure you keep an eye on which of your players are playing the match and keep your session updated at all times.
Account Balance:
You can view, withdraw or deposit money into your Game of Guru account anytime by going to wallet in of your account.
You will need to go through a One Time Account Verification process before you withdraw any money from your Game of Guru account. Don’t worry – this process won’t take time and will not be repeated unless you change any of your details.
Money in your Game of Guru account is divided into 2 categories:
Unutilized: If you have deposited any amount but have not yet joined any league using this amount, it will be categorized as Unutilized in your Game of Guru account
Winnings: The amount of money earned as “winnings” through any cash leagues joined. No processing fees will be deducted if you wish to withdraw any amount from your Winnings!

That’s Easy! Log on to the Game of Guru register yourself by filling out a valid email id and setting a password or by clicking on ‘Instant Connect with Facebook’ to register with your Facebook account or ‘Instant Connect with Google’ to register with your Google account. After you’re through with the registration, you can follow the simple starter guide, which will take you through the simple steps of creating your Fantasy Team and then joining Contests to win Cash. You can also go through the ‘How to Play’ page of Game of Guru.
Please check whether your registered email address and password are entered correctly and try logging in again. If you’ve forgotten your password, click on ‘Forgot Password’, enter your registered email ID and we’ll send you a link to reset your password on it within a few minutes! If you’ve forgotten your registered email id, reach out to us at Contact Us.
When you are logged in, head to ‘My Profile’, select ‘Change Password’ & click on ‘Save Changes’.
You can create only one account with one email id on Game of Guru. The creation of multiple accounts by a single gamer is strictly prohibited and violates our Fair Play policy.
You can edit most of your information on Game of Guru. Here’s how:
• On the Game of Guru app, head to ‘My Profile’, scroll to the bottom of the page and tap on the ‘Full Profile’ button next to the Personal Details section.
• On the desktop/mobile web, you can Contests’. You will be able to update/edit your full name and mobile number. You can also edit your date of birth, address and state if your Game of Guru account is ‘Unverified’. Remember, the team name chosen by you and the email id registered once cannot be changed.
That’s strange! If you are sure that you are a registered user on Game of Guru and are entering the correct details but are still unable to login please drop us an email us at Contact Us. Our Customer Care team will be more than happy to assist you.
a) It could have been marked as Spam mail by your mailbox. Please check your spam mail and mark the email from Game of Guru as ‘Not Spam’. Also, add support@gameofguru.com to your contacts so that you receive our email the next time
