Deposits:

You can use your Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking account, UPI or wallets (Amazon Pay, MobiKwik, PayPal, PhonePe & PayTM) to add cash into your Game of Guru account.

We accept all major credit/debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Rupay, and Diners. Currently, we do not accept American Express or cards issued outside India.

It’s simple! Visit your wallet section -> click on ‘Bank Accounts’ and enter your credit/debit card number, followed by a valid expiry date. Save your card.

Note:
• You can add any number of credit/debit cards to your account, as long as they haven’t expired.
• We accept all major credit/debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Rupay, and Diners. We currently do not accept American Express cards or any cards issued outside India.
• Alternatively, you can also update a card while adding cash.
• It’s absolutely safe to add your cards to us. We do NOT store your credit/debit card details with us, including your CVV number.
If you wish to delete your card, visit your Account Balance section -> Manage Payments, click on Add/Remove Cards and then choose the card you wish to delete.
We only work with trusted third party payment gateways with 3D secure authentication to ensure the safety & security of all your financial transactions.

At any point in time, you can link only one PayTM account on Game of Guru. Your mobile number which is verified on your Game of Guru account only can be used to login to PayTM to add cash. If you wish to use another Paytm account, you will first have to unlink your existing mobile number from your Game of Guru account and verify the other number in order to use that PayTM account.

The majority of the deposit transactions on Dream11 are successfully credited within 30 minutes. If the transaction doesn’t credit within 30 mins do not worry!! The transaction will be refunded back to your source account within 7-21 working days by your bank. You can check with your bank for the transaction status.
Meanwhile, please feel free to add cash using an alternate mode like credit cards, debit cards, internet banking or wallets.

Please be rest assured that your money is completely safe and will either get refunded to your bank account/wallet or get credited to your Game of Guru account.

 

Withdraws:

After the completion of the match, you are eligible for Withdrawals (IMPS).
Please note that certain bank accounts are not eligible for IMPS transfers & hence any Instant Withdrawal request placed by you will be rejected. You can write to us to replace your verified bank account with another one that is eligible for an IMPS transfer.

Sometimes, Withdrawal transactions (IMPS) get credited after a delay of up to 72 hours. This could be due to the bank not crediting the funds to your account.

If you do not get the credit to your bank account within this period, it should be refunded back to your Game of Guru account. You can place a new withdrawal request after this.
Note: If you’ve verified a bank account that belongs to Telangana, Assam or Odisha, your withdrawal will be rejected. If you are based outside the states mentioned above, kindly place a verification request of a bank account that isn’t located in any of them.
You will need to verify a bank account with a valid IFS code that does not belong to the banned states.


You can follow the below steps to place a withdrawal request
• Step 1: Log in to your Game of Guru account.
• Step 2: Visit the Wallet page and click on the ‘Withdraws’ option below the page. If your account is PAN and bank verified, you will receive an option to enter an amount once you click on ‘Withdraw‘. (In case you’re yet to verify your PAN/ bank, you have to verify it).
• Step 3: You can enter the amount you would like to withdraw. You will receive a confirmation from Game of Guru on your registered email id.


You can withdraw money only from the winnings balance once your Game of Guru account is verified. You cannot withdraw the cash amount but you can use it to join more contests and win more. This verification is a one-time process that doesn’t need to be repeated unless you wish to make changes to your account. We need you to provide the following bank account details: Name of the bank, Name of the branch, Name of the account holder, account no. and IFSC code. Once your account is verified, you can withdraw the desired amount (min. of Rs.200 and max. of Rs.2,00,000 at a time) and it will be deposited into your bank account within 5 working days.

You can request a maximum of 3 withdrawals per day and not exceeding a total value of Rs. 2,00,000/-.


Unfortunately, you can withdraw money from your Game of Guru account balance ONLY to your own bank account. If you do not have a bank account, your winnings will keep getting accumulated in your Game of Guru account balance. Once you get a bank account in your name, you can use the same to get your Game of Guru account verified and place your withdrawal requests.


Taxes are deducted at source wherever applicable and paid out by us, as per the Income Tax Act 1961. Thus, if your individual winnings for a single contest are more than Rs.10,000, a tax of 31.2% will be deducted. The remaining amount (68.80%) will be credited to your winnings balance. For e.g. If you win Rs.1,00,000, Rs.31,200 will be deducted and your actual winnings are Rs.68,800.


Winners will be provided TDS certificates in respect of such tax deductions, if applicable. However, you shall be responsible for payment of any other applicable tax, including but not limited to, income tax, gift tax, etc. in respect of the Cash Prizes money won. If you have any queries regarding taxation, we strongly suggest that you consult with a tax expert.


Withdrawals are processed on the next working day of submitting a withdrawal request and are transferred to your verified bank account within 5 working days. Remember, your Game of Guru account must be completely verified before you place a withdrawal request.


Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified bank account on your Game of Guru account and would be credited under the name of ‘FIDUCIARY BILLING SOLUTIONS‘.

A transaction, once confirmed, is final and no cancellation is permissible. However, Game of Guru may, at its sole and absolute discretion, permit a Member to cancel a transaction and refund the amount paid: If the Member sends a written request to Game of Guru from the registered email Id to cancel such payment; or If the payment is made for participation in the paid version(s) of the Contest(s), the cancellation request must be received at least 2 days prior to the commencement of the round in respect of which the payment is made; Game of Guru shall not be liable to refund any amount thereafter. Game of Guru may, at its sole and absolute discretion, refund the amount to the Member after deducting applicable cancellation charges and taxes. However, if in a transaction performed by you on the Game of Guru Platform, money has been charged to your card or bank account and respective amount is not added in your Game of Guru account within 24 hours of the completion of the transaction, then you shall inform us by sending an e-mail to care@gameofguru.com from your registered e-mail address. Please include in the e-mail the following details – the mobile number, transaction value, and transaction date and transaction id. Game of Guru will investigate the incident and, if it is found that money was indeed charged to your card or bank account without delivery of the balance in your Game of Guru account, then you will be refunded the money within 7 working days from the date of receipt of your email. All refunds will be credited to your Game of Guru account. Game of Guru shall not be liable to refund any amount which is not debited from users bank account or other deposit methods and it is wrongly reflected in user Game of Guru wallet, In that case, If user did not inform to Game of Guru by e-mail that he got extra money in his/her account then we are not liable to pay that amount.
